Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a major delay with your order, we will contact you through email.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.
United States: 7–15 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
International Orders: 7–21 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the label is created.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other issues outside our control.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. If you still need assistance, contact our support team and we will do our best to help.
International Shipping & Customs
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on their country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the order total.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
